President Signs New HSA Legislation into Law

On December 20, 2006, the President signed the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 into law. The President's signature makes December 20, 2006, the effective date for the provision allowing a one time rollover from a Health FSA or HRA into an HSA.
