On October 10, 2007, the US Labor Department (“DOL”) released advanced informational copies of the 2007 Form 5500 Annual Report and related instructions. You can access the informational version of the 2007 Form 5500 Annual Report on the DOL’s website: http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/5500main.html. The information on the DOL’s website represents the ordinary annual release of information copies of the forms and instructions for 2007.
IMPORTANT: Revisions of the Form 5500 package for 2009 along with electronic filing and EFAST2 changes are expected to be released soon.
