Kimberly Gust is a Paralegal and the Client Services/Office Manager for HitesmanLaw. As a Paralegal, she provides assistance to our attorneys in many areas of employees benefits, including Health Care Reform, Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and state insurance laws, and employee welfare plans.  As a Client Services/Office Manager, Kim oversees and maintains timely and effective office and administrative support.

With over 19 years of experience, Kim brings a wealth of valuable and varied knowledge to the firm in the areas of paralegal and client services, office administration and information technology. She is responsible for maintaining a smooth running office and manages human resources, benefits administration, accounting and purchasing, client files, database management, website maintenance, office equipment, and hardware, software and network supervision for the firm.

Kim also assists the employee benefits attorneys in the preparation and revision of plan documents, adoption agreements, policies and procedures, administrative forms, filing documents, and more as they relate to ERISA, HIPAA,COBRA, cafeteria plans, HRAs, and VEBAs.

She also conducts research and tracking of legal articles and other materials which may be relevant to the employee benefits needs of clients, and she assists in preparing materials for client meetings, seminars, and presentations.

Kim received her Associate of Applied Science Degree from Minneapolis Business College in 1993.
