Darcy Hitesman has 20 years of experience as an employee benefits attorney. Throughout her career, she has been committed to counseling and educating clients – both public sector and private sector – in the areas of employee benefits plan compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and state insurance laws. She is a frequent speaker to legal and non-legal audiences on various employee benefits and FMLA topics. She is also a prolific writer with over 20 published articles and a co-authorship of a book published by the Employee Benefits Institute of America (EBIA).

Scott Wold has over 10 years of experience as a business and employee benefits attorney. His practice today is focused exclusively in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises clients in many areas of employee benefits, including compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and state insurance laws; executive compensation arrangements; employment agreements; and employee welfare plans. He also speaks regularly to audiences of employers, third party service providers, health care providers, plan sponsors and benefits consultants.

Kimberly Gust is the firm's Paralegal and Client Services/Officer Manager. In this role, Kim oversees and maintains timely and effective office and administrative support to our attorneys. She brings much experience in the areas of paralegal and client services, office administration, and information technology. Kim is responsible for managing human resources, benefits administration, accounting and purchasing, client files, database management, e-mail maintenance, office equipment, and hardware, software and network supervision.

Danielle Barron is a paralegal and Office Assistant for Hitesman & Associates. Danielle provides assistance to our attorneys in preparation and revision of plan documents, administration forms, form filings and other activities that relate to employee benefit law programs and/or cases. Her responsibilities also include client file management. In addition, Danielle maintains efficient office support for client meetings, seminars and presentations as well as any other office support needed. 

Priya Balu is a paralegal for Hitesman & Associates. She provides assistance to our attorneys in many areas of employee benefits, including the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and state insurance laws, and employee welfare plans.
