As expected, yesterday (March 24, 2020) the DOL issued several items providing guidance to employers and employees regarding the two new leave provisions under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). In many respects, the guidance follows the statute regarding what is required and when. However, there are some helpful provisions regarding employees and employee counting.
