We’ll explain how you can audit your plan (or work with your service provider to audit the service provider’s administrative functions) to identify and correct potential problems across all areas of compliance—tax, ERISA, the ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA—before you hear from the IRS, DOL, or HHS.
