Hitesman & Law “Howlers and Woofers” took a bite out of cancer!
On April 21, 2012, HitesmanLaw “Howlers and Woofers” joined the American Cancer Society at the first annual Bark For Life of the Anoka Area.
The American Cancer Society Bark For Life is more than just an event to us. It is our opportunity to team up to help save lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays by supporting the American Cancer Society. The event celebrates cancer survivorship, honors those people lost to cancer and provides an opportunity for dog lovers and our canine friends to support the American Cancer Society’s efforts to save lives and create more birthdays. Dogs many times serve an important care-giving role for survivors and it’s time they are recognized for their efforts. Bark for Life shares the theme of Relay for Life: “Celebrate. Remember. Fight Back.” The noncompetitive dog walk event gives canines and their owners a chance to become involved in raising funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of Anoka Area on June 22 and 23. We are very proud of Kim Gust, the organizer of the Bark For Life of the Anoka Area! The Bark For Life of the Anoka Area has been featured in the ABC Newspaper and KSTP.com, as well as on BOB-FM 106.1 radio.
The Bark For Life of the Anoka Area was held on April 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Draw park in the City of Ramsey. More information on the event can be found here.

The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone!
